About the Author

Betsy Kvedar is a learning and development professional working in technical sales enablement, designing programs that help sellers build and apply their skills.

For more than a decade, she has worked on award submissions and mentored colleagues through their own submissions. She has written, co-authored, and shaped submissions that have earned recognition in award programs for the Brandon Hall Group, The Stevie Awards, and the IDC CIO Awards Canada. That work was the genesis of this book.

She is a Certified Professional for Talent Development (CPTD) from ATD. She also serves in a chapter leader role, in the Vermont ATD.
