Betsy Kvedar is a Learning and Development professional working in technical sales enablement, designing programs that help sellers build and apply their skills.

For more than a decade, Betsy has worked on award submissions and mentored colleagues through their own submissions. She has written, co-authored and shaped submissions that have earned recognition from the Brandon Hall Group, The Stevie Awards and the IDC CIO Awards Canada. The process that evolved from those experiences was genesis of this book.

Betsy is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In addition, she serves as a chapter leader for the Vermont ATD.

Betsy also writes about her experiences using AI from a practitioner’s point of view in her LinkedIn blog, Musings from the Human in the Loop.
